1. Needs to know how to build. I need someone that can build a spawn and build a shop and stuff like that.

2. Someone that has time on their hands. Someone that can be on every day well at least 5 days a week.

3. Someone that is hard working. Someone that can do what the server needs to get done.

4. Someone that learns fast so if I need them to set a region and they don't know how I can teach them and they can learn fast on that.

5. Someone mature and has common sense.

6. Someone that is willing to put some money into the server and is not broke.
