I'm interested in starting either a network or just a server. Looking at either prison, factions or skyblock (possibly all three) I have an idea, which makes them unique, which also links them together.

I've got money to support this project so I'm looking for someone that could either put in as much money as me or offer services with would equal to what I'm putting in.
