I am looking to diversify my portfolio, and get into so new content. I am looking for someone to partner with, or to work for/with on a new, or existing server. I have run many servers, and currently own a small network, but I need something more as I am bored manly.

I have been working with / on servers since 1.6 so, I have experience in almost any gamemode.
* Configuration
* Plugin Development (Mainly Factions Cores, and Discord Bots)
* Server optimization
* Player / Staff Management
* Server development, setup, and deployment.
I have developed a small network of people that I use to complete jobs that I cannot do. All of these people are freelancers that are extremely good, all of whom I can use to help me to complete jobs if necessary. (Trailers, Builders, Web Design, Graphic designers)
What im looking for >
I am really looking for a medium to large size factions, or prison server that needs someone to help, but not really be there all of the time. I do run other servers, work for other networks, and work a full time IRL job, so I cant be there all of the time.
I'm not looking to be a helper, or a moderator, its all or nothing. I also do not work for free, I either require part ownership, per/hr wage, or profit share.

My past Co-Owner is no longer interested in servers, and has stopped playing altogether. I am just looking for someone that needs some help growing, or getting started.
