Server Partner

Hello,

I'm in need of a server partner. I have this idea that I'm still going after which is IRLMC. It's based off of in real life and I haven't really thought of a goal for the players. It's just a fun experience that I thought of and it's semi-RPG and semi-Free Build. RPG for the game play and background of it, and free build for they will build their own houses and possibly towns/cities.

Now, the thing that I lack most is another brain to help me out and provide suggestions as well as funds. That's the only main problem I'm having and that is what I'm requesting. If you could kindly help me out then I'd appreciate that.
