Server Ping Lag (I WILL PAY 30€)

Hi, from some days I'm facing a lot of PING lag on my 1.8.8 faction server.
I WILL PAY ANYONE WHO CAN FIX MY LAG

I have a Bungeecord vps and a DED for my faction, both hosted in france, OVH.
DED server specs: Server GAME-32 - Intel i7-6700K - 32GB DDR4 2133 MHz - Hybrid Soft VPS VPS server specs: VPS 2016 Cloud RAM 3 24GB RAM 4Core

The faction server has 100/150 player with 19.8+ tps and no tps drop, only ping lag to ALL the players. I'm using BeerSpigot, it is perfect.
When someone join the server, or teleport to a warp, or tp a player, or a home, he get like 5-600 ping.. with no reason..

Can please someone help me?
I can give Spark profiler, Timings, anything.

Check with your host. That's usually the source of server lag.

OVH servers are in France, and my players are from Italy. If I ping the vps i get 50/70 ping.. Online in the faction it can reach 1000.
But only with 130+ online. When i have only 100 online the ping is more stable but not 50...

Try removing the bungee and making it so its a direct connection to the faction server, you don't need a bungee as of now.
