Looking for a web developer to make me a simple looking but well made portal page.

I will be providing backgrounds / icons ect, all I need need is similar to the below sketch (don't judge for the poor quality )

1 ~ Server Logo
2 ~ "There are currently X players playing on mc.servername.org" (Server IP to be click to copy)
3 ~ Discord (w/ logo)
4 ~ Forums (I have icon)
5 ~ Store (I have icon)

Yeah but none which meet what I'm looking for totally. Found someone for this now so closing thread.
