The pricing is really high, most hosts coast 2.50$ a GB! And the support takes so long to get and answer! If you could improve on that it would be way better!

I only use server.pro for a test server. Yes it takes long, but usually I get it straight away, and if there is a queue, I just do something else with the sound on

Price, Not really a reason to call it a bad host honestly. Just cause we don't oversell the servers means we can't offer those low prices.
We currently offer the lowest prices without sacrificing any quality. I hope you understand the customer experience and the quality of the premium servers are quite important to us.

All Questions are answered within 2 hours. Sometimes when something special has happened it can take a little longer.
