Server Project ( Need Developers, Moderators, Builders)

Hi my name is Sarcasms and the other day I came up with this really unique idea that I want to put into a Server. I can't really explain the idea because, I have not fully thought it through and I do not want any servers making spinoffs of it.

I can tell you some stuff about it:
- It is not Factions, Prison, HCF, Practice, Teams
- It's PvP Based
- The game mode does not have a name
- It is unique
- Has a huge map with cool mountains

What am I looking for:

- Free Working Staff: Maybe in the future the developers will get payed if the server becomes huge. But for now we are on a tight budget and we are going for more advertisment and server hosting.
- HTML/Website work will be done by my friend who makes Websites.
- Developers need to know how to make plugins.
- Moderators need to be mature and Smart
- I will hand pick the staff team

Good luck, however most developers and builders will want a payment, I would get my build team on there but they'd want a payment
