It's just a bunch of cropped fading scenes with a texture pack, could be done with Microsoft Movie Maker.

Like I said, it's just simple fading in and out, some creative angles, some first person, some 3rd person, a nice texture pack, and some free time.
Probably any youtuber could do it if they took the time to.
