SERVER RELEASE PLUGIN! BUYING FOR $15!

Hey!
For a while now, I have been working on a server release.
I need a release plugin that will have commands:
/launch [Shows a timer, made out of fire particles]
And when you do /launch, it will also broadcast a message saying
"&bLaunch&8 »&7 Server release timer has been set for 1:00!"
And it also plays a song, once you do /launch at the ten second part, people will hear a countdown of children saying
"10!" "9!" "8!" "7!" "6!" "5!" "4!" "3!" "2!" "1!"
And once that happens, you will hear a mans voice saying:
It started a small idea we were thinking about long ago.
Voices in our head were saying "That will never happen." Followed by laughter.
But when one has an idea, they shall try it.
Which is what we did, and you are witnessing how it turned out.
Anything is possible in life, and can be achieved with effort.
Take this as a reminder for success, a reminder for goals.
With that small idea, we turned into what you are seeing.

Music starts playing along with fireworks and particles that are blue saying
"StarlightMC"
If you could do this it would be truly amazing...
I would be so happy if anyone out there could, and when your finished with the plugin, just call it "Launch"

you can do it with a resource pack that only contains the sound and make players download it, so it wont affect their current resource pack but only the sound
