You do realize that if you have YOUR OWN dedicated box, you can setup MySQL for free. Multicraft starting at like $2.95/month with up to 1000 servers - boom panel is covered. Why would you use someone elses panel? Multicraft isn't that expensive, mysql is free, I don't see why you're making it harder than it needs to be? (OOOOOO BARS) Plus, no website, no company name, etc. Looks like a scam to me.
It's not pretty hard. It's just that their panel is clean, fast, you have everything that someone need.

Okay so you're either really immature/inexperienced/young and don't know what you're doing or you're just straight up stupid. When someone asks where a server is hosted/located, they are asking for country/state. You might want to present yourself a bit better in the future when trying to get customers.
They are hosted in belgium, Fiber connection providen by Proximus. Servers by Dell.
