Hey, so I wanna create a prison server but i'm on low budget.
Isn't there a way to setup and build a server on a free plan then upgrade to a premium plan when i'm done building it?
Like I don't wanna pay for a plan and spend few months building it while paying for a host without getting any donations. So is there way to start a server and build it for few months (free) and then later change to a premium plan so i can release the server to the public?
Plus can't a host a server on my PC? the server.jar method but i don't know if the "plugins" pop up in the server folder, because im afraid it will just be a vanilla server.
