Server setup using Multicraft on an existing server

Prefix: I'm a complete noob to this kind of thing

I already have a server running using bisecthosting. It's a spigot 1.11.2 server. I run this server for just a few people (less than 10) who are personal friends and their kids. We've always just run a very basic server with a few easy plugins I was able to figure out.

I'm looking for someone who can add some plugins (I'm thinking around 10) that are mostly QoL (groups, TP, homes, I already bought and installed MCMMO) plugins with some mini-game type plugins. I'm thinking a mob arena, spleef, and pvp arena. I would like them all to be areas that cannot be interacted with by players from outside the arenas. I would like a permissions file I can easily access and edit. If possible I would like to have separate creative and survival worlds.

A really cool spawn area would be great whether it's a cool free one or if you want to buy one from here and add that into the price that's fine with me. I would prefer not to have to erase the current world as a few people have been building on it for a few weeks now.

I appreciate any info and if I'm doing something wrong here please let me know.

Edit: I may not have been clear, I'm looking to hire someone to do this for me. I'm useless at it.

If you are planning on running survival and creative on one server, try using muliverse then changing the setting to fit your needs. You can edit it all through FTP or yourfile manager on bisect.

for the game modes, you may need a pretty beefy server if you are planning on running it on one server, bungeecord would be the best to add on game modes and such, bisect sets up bungeecord through request ticket i believe.[DOUBLEPOST=1485891658][/DOUBLEPOST]If you want, i can take a look, just leave your ip

Thanks, the server IP is 198.23.199.159:25565 It's whitelisted though, I have no idea if that changes what you want to look at. I really don't know about this stuff.
And honestly I can install plugins but configuring them is where I run into issues. I could add multiverse but I'd have no idea how to make it actually work or set up the different worlds.
