I am looking to figure out the cheapest and BEST Minecraft Hosting platform!

Also, I need to know who has a really good Factions/OP Prison/Kitpvp setup (Mainly looking for Kitpvp Setup)

I would use OVH VPS services if I'd have to start from 0.

Are you looking for shared hosting or a VPS? Maybe even a dedi? Just wanted to put my two words into the discussion, OVH VPS's can be hit offline even with a web booter. If you are planning for something professional, you can check OVH's sub-companies for cheap dedi's. Or you can always run it from home to develop your server, and when the time comes, you can buy your server.
