Server setup

So I need a professional group of people who are willing to setup a server for me. Not sure which gamemode yet but the builds need to be exclusive only to me with custom plugins. It will need to be done in a timely manner and I need to be kept up to date on what is going on to prevent a scam/dispute. Please post below if you are apart of a group of people who know what they are doing and I will contact you. If you have a portfolio that would be even better! Budget is $0-$600.
