Server Setup

I want someone to build me a server setup I have an "infinite" budget (No one will exceed it)
my server is a cosmicpvp test I need someone to recreate the cosmicpvp part ill do the rest I already own all plugins required if im missing some I can get heres what you need to do

CosmicPvP Bosses
CosmicPvP CCS (2017+)
CosmicPvP Enchants/PvP (NOT 1 SHOTS)
CosmicPvP Conquests
CosmicPvP Koths
CosmicPvP Kits
CosmicPvP Guis
CosmicPvP (ANYTHING ELSE)

I currently have rp and everything in that sense and I already have a custom paper spigot for cannoning and pvp!

Time frame until Wednesday I can also help setup this server
