I was wondering if anyone would be available to set up my server from scratch a full server set-up with a few custom plugins.

the server will contain:
Faction's but many more server's to come

with said that it also mean's doing all the configs groups and ranks.

LOL, did you even know the pricing of custom plugins here? It's an RPG custom class plugin with is exclusive just for me... Can you give me a dev who will do this plugin for $5?
