Server Setups! (BUDGET = $15-$25)

Hello,
Today I am looking for a simple server setup doesn't have to have playerbase or anything. I more just need a base to build off of, The setup must be 100% done and ready to go. I am not looking for OP prison. I am looking for HCF, Factions, Kit-pvp, PVP, Mostly just PVP gamemodes. Everything in the setup must be setup professionally.

(PS: I know my budget sucks but I am not looking for anything amazing just a bases for a server.) I also really like Survival servers so if you have one make sure to PM me. :)

Per gamemode, Ill consider your offer I just want to wait and see what the others are also, Really just looking for a base simple setup to work off of :)

I am a builder so I don't need builds just plugins/configurations. Really not the most into Kit-PVP but its not the worst ever. :)

I have a complete ready to go skygrid. It includes builds and everything. Add my Skype Luigical
