I've ran a few servers as well as helped setup quite a few and been involved in the creation of a few as well, all of which had been successful for their times such as EternityMC, VitalPvP, MC-Feral, and DynastyCraft.

Servers Range in Price depending on how custom and how well you want it setup
KitPvP / HCF: 5$ Simple, 10$ Unique, 25$ In Depth+Partial Custom, 40$ Majority Custom
Factions: 5$ Simple, 10$ Unique, 25$ In Depth+Partial Custom, 40$ Majority Custom
Skyblock: 5$ Simple, 10$ Unique, 15$ In Depth+Partial Custom, 40$ Majority Custom
Prisons: 10$ Simple, 15$ Unique, 25$ In Depth+Partial Custom, 40$ Majority Custom
MiniGames: Depends on the minigame, ranges anywhere from 5$-75$
Each gamemode/server can take roughly 3-10 days depending on how unique you want it. The more you're willing to pay the more I'll prioritize your custom server over other clients.
Also as a side note, if you also need a Server Logo I can provide this along with larger packages as a benefit.
