The snow effect is just a js library and takes a few seconds to implement into a web page. Personally, it's not worth $15. Perhaps try slightly lower and you might have more luck

The logo is not professional, looks like it takes 2 minutes to make. The art is the same every time and I doubt you have permission to use it. The code is all the same every time you just modify the background to what the user likes. From what I see this is worth around $1.
Then why are the logos so bad
