They are general plugins such as custom mob drops can be changed due a nice GUI, general imporvements, rare ore drops, nice gamerules and some item blacklists etc.

There are 2 custom and 3 paid plugins.
Water/lava deny are not custom, can be done in essentials. Ore drops rates aren't custom either.

Seems to me all his "custom" plugins are pretty much free plugins you can find around googling.. (Even if they are CUSTOM, they most likely are around somewhere on Spigot/Bukkit that does the same thing..) So not any really interesting plugins he had. They are high quality plugins, if they are coded by ourselves, they are custom.
So if I go make a plugin that does the exact same as another free plugin.. It is "custom", but not unique at all.. And wouldn't really fall under the term that is often used for plugins as custom.
Riaz Yh that's what I'm getting at. Those 3 things you've just listed aren't custom in my opinion either, plenty of servers have GUI systems for kits, warps, anything really. They can all be achieved with free plugins.
Please show us screenshots of all these "custom" plugins that are coded by yourself, I would also like to hear about your mob system that you mentioned.

Any server can't be unique at all, you can code everything you want in eclipse

Plugin setup with own custom made plugins that are not obtainable elsewhere = Worth a lot more for both lazy people and people who are interested in using it on their server.
You claim to have loads of custom plugins and other people Riaz not only me are asking about them and continuously you won't give information.
You won't provide screenshots which I've requested twice for some of the custom plugins. So now you're saying that plugins don't matter, if they didn't matter then this isn't worth more than $40 of course they bloody matter if they're "custom". Or maybe they don't matter because of the fact the majority of them can be simulated exactly using FREE plugins, what paid plugins are you using as well?
Please answer everything I've asked instead of ignoring the parts you don't want to answer, only thing I like so far is the map which has an interesting spawn.
As I have said, I don't think you are intested in buying this server. you can EASYLY type in the server "/?" so see the plugins. You are just bumping my threat for no reason. I have put 9 months of efford onto this and I am sure its worth more than 40$. What do you expect from custom plugins in a factions server? A living Trex? If thats what you think about my server, "lazy" people can buy it to have the setup ready and trust me, its worth A WAY MORE THAN 40$ as the other guy said.
No.. It isn't.. There is 100000000 other similar servers out there.. And they are 90% the exact same shit. (Including yours) because it doesnt have ANYTHING unique to stand out. So therefor the value of your server which is 100% generic is very low because anyone can go and aquire these plugins for free and configure them for free. = Same setup as yours for free. (But invest a few hours)
Therefor only some lazy people would want to buy this.
If it was a minigame server, and I had a lot of custom minigames, I would raise the BIN for 1000 and trust me, everyone could buy it. BUT THIS IS A FACTION SERVER. There can't be anything unique, because everything is coded on spigot or bukkit. Whats what makes my server worth more and stand front is the setup. Its very high quality, bug-free and has an awesome map, incluiding the awesome setup, the map and the gfx desings, web-forum-market setup and all, It has costed me 9 months in school time. Thats why there are much interested persons, +250 unique joins when I have put it on the forums of mc-market, and like all wanted to buy it, but I didn't sell it because there was no price I wanted for. If you want a "unique" and "fully custom" server, open your wallet for 1k$ and wait for someone to post a custom minigame server.
Some small custom plugins for just about $50 can make your server stand out a lot more than you think.

Thats the truth about your server, obviously you have spent time creating it. But you are overestimating the price it goes for.. I could recreate this exact server with plugins in a day if I just see the plugin list and I can go on there test and edit and recreate it for myself if I wanted for free. I just had to spend a few hours doing so.
You gotta realize that it isnt worth anything if it doesnt have any unique aspects that the buyer wants. Its simply a generic setup.
