Owner has lost interest in Minecraft, wants to quickly sell to focus on other business opportunities. (he is a content creator, everyday the server is up, he loses money, hence the low price and quick sell opportunity).

How does he loss money? Your server looks really weird to me. It simple means they amount he pays for server doesnt come back? It might not be good info for future owners.

Never said that, we made $1.4k last month.

Monthly costs are around $500 (can easily be dropped to much less).

We pay so much due to our contract with OVH, (paying $200/monthly for a machine we simply do not need). Server can easily be run on a $60/month hosting.

We pay management around $200/monthly (once again, not needed. The reason we pay a lot is due to the owners young age, simply does not have the knowledge to run a server, most people are not in that situation when they are considering purchasing a server.

Rest (around $100) goes towards GRE Tunneling, Tebex, Bug Fixes for our custom plugins. You do not need GRE Tunneling, there goes another cost. We simply have it for extra protection due to our owners nature of being a content creator.

Easy $900+ in profit. So once again, if your not interested, then stop replying. Simply trashing my thread and wasting my time.

Server went from $2500 non-negotiable to $1000 BIN, to fake $650 bids. Now the server is shutdown with 0 players. Sounds like a waste of money to me.

BIDs were never fake, server has been shutdown due to the owner cancelling the dedicated server and losing all files and player data like a complete moron. So don't go throwing accusations around without proof.
