I have made this spawn just today and I am willing to sell it. I'd like to see what I can get for it, its about 80x80 (its a circle) I was thinking maybe $25-50, Please make an offer and I will respond to it.
This is something more simple and small that I have made. I really like it because of its size, its not too big, and not too small.
Here are some pictures, The spawn is a faction spawn, but it can also be used as a survival server spawn...
