Server Spawn (NO SERVICE TEAMS)

Hi everyone, I'm currently looking for a medieval floating island server spawn however more so quotes currently.

Features (* is a must, anything else is just an idea) :
- * Divided by a blended Mountain with a carved middle so you can pass through, similar examples can be provided.
- * Natural-ish Terrain with Custom Trees
- a Small Farm, Windmill and Wheat Field (Nothing Massive)
- a Small Cave Entrance somewhere leading to a small underground room for a Miner NPC
- * a small decorated fishing area, maybe with some form of little bridge for a Fisherman?
- * a small stone statue (preferably a knight to some extent somewhere)
- a small campfire setup ontop of the divider

In terms of Size, I'm thinking absolutely no more than 200 x 200. More in the 125 - 150 range.

Once I've gathered some quotes and am satisfied I shall choose a builder to go with. If you're interested in doing this please add me on Discord @ Declan#2311. Upon doing so please provide me with a portfolio and a quote for the build. I will ALWAYS ask to confirm on-site.
