Willing to pay up to $25(negotiable). I want a 115x115 server spawn for my Survival server.

Terms
I'll pay you first, then you'll build on my server. If I want anything modified I will tell you and you will edit it. (If I want something edited within 24 hours of completion) I will install building plugins at request of you (if needed.)
Currently have VoxelSniper and WorldEdit.
You can not build something another server already has on their server. When you have built this for me, you may not build it on another server.
If you have low rep I will not go first.

I'm interested but the only thing turning me away is the "you'll build on my server" part.

You're getting paid up front, so the risk is minimal. The part that I think is a risk is where he basically claims absolute control over what the build looks like. That basically means he can keep you working indefinitely if he wants to.
