Server specific / balanced crate creator

Looking for some one who can create a balanced crate config / come up with rewards without making it to OP or to bad. Rewards, percentages etc all still have to be determined .

So we're creating a new gamemode which is basicly factions with guns we got some things done but I have always had a lot of difficulty with correctly balancing rewards and stuff We were thinking to e.g add a gun kit as reward we aren't sure though what this would include though. We need some one to fully dive into the server and create these kind of things.
Weapons etc all need to be tested and decided which ones will be added as rewards there is about 50 guns.

Updated post, don't underestimate this we require that some one really dives into the servers items / economy to create a well balanced crate config.
