Server staff

Hey guys coolkoekie here,
I have worked on a new project for a few weeks and its finnally almost done.
Its is a custom skyblock server with all custom builds.
Most of them i build myself or edited ALOT!
Now the server is almost done, soi need staff.
Remember its new so thee aren't much players yet.
But its skyblock so it is never boring.
The only thing i need to do is the website/buycraft en enabling votifiër.
I am looking for 3 moderators and 2 helpers.
Moderator gets: tempban, mute, warn and kick
Helper gets: All moderator commands, Ban
Admin gets: All Helper commands, invsee, tpo, vanish and clearinv and gm 1 and eco.
BUT if you use your gm for your own or friends island without a good reason your island will be removed and you will be demoted.
I am looking for only 1 admin with high rep!

Experience: I've been staff in several servers the past 2 years and i'm currently staff in a medium network and i used to own 2 servers for 3 months but i closed them cause i had no time and i had to study.

Why you?: I'm quite active in minecraft and specially in servers that i'm staff. I could help noobies, warn rule breakers and punish them if needed. I could also help with configurations, world edit and several plugins. I could also offer you an enjin premium trial plan with 34 days left, a buycraft premium plan with sadly 19 days left and a premium plugin (can't talk about it here so skype xD).

Playtime: I play minecraft for about 5 years or less i don't really remember and mostly in servers(if that's what you're asking here).

Specialty: I'm good with plugin configurations,i'm kind with other players and pretty much helpfull, i'm quite good with several plugins (since i used to own 2 servers) and i don't know what else to say...If you want more please define what it is and i'll answer.

Note: To be honest i apply cause i'm a bit bored this period and i would like to have new "server adventures" in minecraft.
