Hi, my name is Jaden and I am offering staffing services. I'll be 16 years old in July and I live in the US in Iowa. I normally don't have problems talking to people in other timezones atleast once a day because of how much time I have available. I'm looking for a server that needs my abilities and or experience. I'm a joking but also mature teenager that loves to have fun and meet new people. If I see something that needs to be fixed, I won't hold my feelings back and I generally like to get my point across in the easiest way to understand.

If your server needs a moderator, there are plenty of ways in which I could help you. I am talented at PvP, and if you run a factions or KitPvP server I can be a great deal of help. I know how to easily find hacks without the help of an anti-cheat, and I'm experienced at screensharing hackers. I get along with players very well and I like to make playful jokes that are by no means meant to harass. I easily follow rules and can moderate a chat. Some servers have toxic playerbases, and I find it easy for me to get along with them as I used to be toxic at one point.

If your server needs an admin, I can help you set up a banning system and staff team meaning moderators, helpers, whatever you need. I would make sure the moderators are doing their job and give them certain rules and procedures that they have to follow when dealing with certain scenarios. I have used both AAC and NoCheatPlus on my servers and know how to set them up for the best player experience. I'm experienced in using Skript and editing plugin configs, and I have slightly learned a bit of Java. I have basic system admin experience meaning I know how to run a network using Bungeecord on a VPS, but I would have to learn a bit more when dealing with someone else's server.

Regardless of whether or not you want staff, I'm willing to help out with anything else if needed. If you have a server recommendation please send that my way as I'm open to anything.
