Server Stolen, need help gettign it back

A guy named WaterSpice stole my server called RivalMines. This was my dream server. 40+ players. Heres what im offering.
$10 for you to get him to talk to me
$120 For my files or a Flip knife marble fade ($200)
As you can see th edomain is just laying around because i dont have the files. He has tried scamming me for the files and i dont know what to do to let him give me my files back. He wants over $400 for it. And im not paying that much for a non-custom server

Middleman I suppose? Would that work for cs:go Items? I don't play cs:go so I don't know, I would gladly do it for free to get this issue resolved and out of the forum. Oh wow didn't even realize, how tf am I gonna middle man for a game I don't even have anyway, well nvm but still
