Seems like they have a ton of alts and are able to truly test out your server. Also it is specifically said that they only do it for owners and not malicious users. Their pricing is listed below, taken from their pricing channel:
I will say with 300 bots, you can truly test out your server and if they have them mining, creating islands, doing tasks, etc. Then your server will be pushed to its limits and you will find out what you can do to prepare for all those players you will get! After all players don't like playing on a laggy server.
