Have you ever been a staff member on any other Minecraft server(s): Yes. I have owned a server before, I am a Helper on Hyperbian, I have been Helper on Warfine, I have been Moderator on Creepered PvP (No longer up), and I have been Mod on Frostcast!
Why do you think you would make a good staff member: I think that i would make a great staff member on your server because I can make the server a better server for more players to enjoy. I know that pretty much every applicant says that they can make the server better and get more players on and what not but most of those applicants are simply lying or overexaggerating. It may take weeks, months, or years but I will not stop until I accomplish my goal. I am also dedicated. Once I put my mind to something I won't stop until my desire is given to me. I am active on most servers. I can be on this server pretty much anytime during the weekend and on the weekdays I can be active for 4-12 hours a day! For the most part I'm nice and outgoing. I am easy to understand and if for whatever reason I say something vague I will clarify. I also can code in Java, I can't code anything big (like faction plugins for example) but I can code plugins that have commands like /totalexp, /giveexp, /msg, etc. I am loyal. I am loyal to most servers. If I am lucky enough to land a staff position on a server I stay there until the server no longer needs me or the owner feels that I am not doing a good job and demotes me. I don't abuse. I will never abuse my staff privileges just for the kicks or to amuse other players. I understand the amount of power I have as a helper and will never inflict harsh punishments on players simply because they said Hi to me for example. I am responsible. I currently own a ferret and 6 guppies so I know responsibility and practice it at the comfort of my home. My 6 guppies have been alive for a little over a year now so you know I take good care of them. My ferret is healthy and playful so you know he is happy and healthy. I also have a little brother who I babysit on the weekends or when my parents go on a date night. I also have babysitted 4 kids in the past, all whose parents invited me back to babysit their kids again. I am strict but not too strict. I will admit it, when it comes to rules I don't tolerate anything BUT the rules, sometimes I will allow exceptions for example someone accidently turned on their hacks but immediately turned it off and apologized, then I will let them off with a warning. I will go to whatever extent I need to in order for players to understand that rules are mandatory and not a choice but it does not interfere with my personality or anything else. I type fast so I can read and respond to players or staff members quickly. My WPM (Words Per minute) measures out to a maximum of 80 words per minute. I am respectful. Simple as that. I'm respectful. I never discriminate someone or act differently towards someone simply because of their religion, race, or freewill. I respect other player's decisions (As long as they don't break the rules) and I never tell anyone what to do. I'm helpful. I can help by maintaining chat, improving server quality, or by being a role model to other players. I can help build, help make plugins, or help read staff applications. I am honest. I will never tell a lie in order to maintain helper. I do not have much secrets either. I also am experienced in different subjects/areas. I'm experienced with Helper and I am experienced with making apps since I have made 20+ apps in my past on bookandquill and on enjin websites. I am also experienced with commands (Like I have stated before) and I am experienced with plugins.
How can you stand out over other applicants?: I stand out from other applicants because I am patient. I have noticed during my time as an owner and an admin that most people just write down their thoughts on an app are done in less than 5 minutes. I am not like those people. I spend almost half an hour on this app in order to maximize my chances of getting accepted. I also believe I stand out from other applicants as I have been playing minecraft longer than most players. Therefore I am experienced with server and minecraft functions. I also stand out from other players since most players cannot type as fast as I can. I think I am the fastest typer that I know. I also stand out from other applicants since most applicants are not honest when they make an app. Most applicants just say things in order to get accepted however every word that is typed on this application is meant for a specific purpose and to maximize my chances of earning helper. Another reason I stand out from other applicants is that most applicants don't spend as much time as I do on an application. This also shows you that I'm dedicated since I have spend a lot of time on this application.
