I'm from Serbia myself, most Serbian's speak English can vouch for that especially the ones that play mc and the pvp community.

1. We ask for proof and you give us a statement, that's not proof.
2. Prices are way too high and you're not even willing to be lenient with your prices, that to me is not a good business proposal.
3. You say English is heavily spoken, why haven't you got any English videos on your YouTube if you're playing on English servers?
4. Your videos go from about a min of 800 views to a max of 2k and about 70-80% of those probably will only watch for the content so you're basically paying for 50-100 maybe(?) coming onto your server.

You can't just say that your viewers can speak English. Just because you speak English doesn't mean your viewers do, I highly doubt they do. This is way too high prices to try to get out of English servers, try asking for either much less, or going to people who are from where your viewers are from.
