Server TPS Drop on player join

What hosting do you use? How much ram do you have for your server? How many plugins? Thanks

I was using OVH and 16GB RAM with 16 plugins

There was only 2 plugins which were making exceptions and i removed them and the lag still occurs, Want a list of the plugins used?
