According to their own terms of use, they are supposed to give a free trailer if it's not done in 24 hours. I paid them to get started, but after a day went by they removed me from the discord server & prevented me from being able to communicate with them. They did refund the money, but the fact that they are willing to go against their own word simply shows they can't be trusted 100%
