what virtualization is in use on this server?

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out, I've recently installed Multicraft on a VM along with several other applications. The VM is running on Ubuntu.

Every time I try joining my server, it comes up with:

Note: This is not due to Minecraft's authentication servers being down, I can connect to other servers fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I'm not completely sure, I don't know much about servers. I do know that it's KVM if that helps?
