Server voting banner

Hey guys so I am looking for those type of banners that servers use for voting websites I contacted few graphic designers none of them knew how so I though lemme just create a thread and see so if anyone knows anyone that could make them please add me on skype nazoor7yt and if you don't know what I mean look at this: http://minecraftservers.org/ I don't have the much money with me right now but we could talk and get to a good deal.
