Budget: $50 - $70 (Depending on how good it is)

I will consider purchasing a server without a playerbase. But it depends if everything is setup or not. What I mean by setup is that it includes a domain, forums, shop, files etc.

You can only get a setup, you are not able with that budget buy a server with 10 or more players.
