Server With a Playerbase + Donations

Looking for an already-developed and everything server with a playerbase.

I have tons of freetime and with school starting, well, I still will have a ton of freetime... Looking for something to buy and invest my money and time into enhancing and growing.

I don't have any requirements to be honest, I learn rather quickly and I know how to deal with IPs and websites/donations, etc.

We need ur budget, without it we could think ur able to afford a $1000 server but maybe u can just afford an server of $600 (which is very low)

I didn't provide a budget because there's none. I wish I could link my other accounts from other forums to show everyone who I am and whatnot haha but I can't.
But yea, there's no budget, which is why I didn't put one.
