Not really, a server could have 30 players, 200$ in donations. Is it really worth 1,000$? No.

Servers usually go for 2x what it makes, and I doubt that any server with a 30 playerbase, will make $200 a month, unless its cracked

Most servers on here that are sold have no uniqueness, and is gonna die soon, which is why they don't sell for much.
