server with building competition?

Hypixel use to have a pretty cool mini game called something like "Build Competition" and it would give you a specific amount of time to build that specific category it selected, and people would review it?

Any other servers other than Hypixel offer this?

The game you're referring to is "Build Battle", and Hypixel still runs it. I remember Mineplex did a spin off of it, and I believe MC-Central did too. I'm sure a lot of servers tried to copy it, since it was something unique that pulled in a lot of players at the time. Whether they were successful or not, who knows.
