Not interested in Skyblock server, i prefer factions or Prison

Your not gonna get an entire setup WITH a stable player base for $200.

It's completely possible. You can get one with $50 if you're lucky. (At like a 5 playerbase).

1) you try getting more money (1000 would be good for a server with a small player base)
2) let me make you a high quality prison server and then use all free advertise ways (bump them everyday) with that you can get around 70-100 joins a day
