Server with playerbase

Looking to buy a server with a player base of over 20. I don't really have a budget so message me what you got.

Prefer faction/op faction, prison, but could settle for others.

I got a faction server fully set up.

That doesn't really help my case.

A little more information/specifications of plans would be better but, good luck with buying.

What more information do you need? It's well stated.
