Server With Potential

Hey! I recently got in touch with a Minecraft YouTuber with 100,000 subscribers and he might be interested in making a server network. He averages more than 300,000+ views on each video. He hasn't fully decided if he wants to make a server but if they do decide on making the server I want a team ready. I need developers and builders mainly right now but I'm also looking for a network manager. The server would be Skyblock, Factions, and Survival and would have to have a few unique features. We would have a time frame of 1-3 weeks to make the server including a website. The YouTuber has more Minecraft Youtuber friends who would also be interested in joining and having their own server on the network. I am not disclosing the Youtuber's identity unless you are a part of the staff team. The positions might be paid depending on what the server makes. Keep in mind the server might not even be a thing until the Youtuber agrees to make the server.

If anyone is willing in investing the server please let me know. The invested will be the Co-Owner of the server and will get a percentage of what the server makes.

1-3 weeks is really not enough time to create a tri-gamemode network with a lot of custom features (and a website).
Development, building, bug testing are all crucial steps that take a lot of time.

The positions might be paid depending on what the server makes.

You should 100% be paying your developers and builders, especially if you're giving them such a tight timeframe.

Keep in mind the server might not even be a thing until the Youtuber agrees to make the server.
