Server Works Until ~5 Players Join. Paid

My server works perfectly until about 5 players join, then everything just breaks.

What happens when it breaks? Basically anything with a GUI and others just stop working...

• LuckPerms completely breaks
• CrazyCrates stop working
• DeluxeMenus "half" works. Every third time or so you try to click something in a menu, nothing happens.
• CrazyEnvoy just says "OnGoing"
• Genbuckets (custom plugin) stops working
• RandomTP plugin breaks
• Players warping without instant TP just can't teleport anymore.
• MoneyPouches

There is no TPS lag, its just that the plugins seem to break. The only error I have is simply because there is an optional hook, which I don't have.
[Server thread/ERROR]: [CosmicDuels] Plugin CosmicDuels v1.4 has failed to register events for class io.github.socketsdev.cosmicduels.events.addons.BountyDeath because io/github/socketsdev/cosmicbounty/api/BountyCollectEvent does not exist.

I'm hosting this on a 64gb SYS dedi that also runs a MySQL server and a Forums website.

If anyone knows what is causing this, it would be very appreciated.

The error is a 403, meaning that the API is not allowing the plugin to connect to it.
