Hello,

I am going to be in need of some youtubers that have over 10k subs on youtube. If you have contact with youtubers this size please let me know. Average pay 10$ per 1k views, will pay for up to 5 videos at first based on size of channel.

Don't think you're getting anywhere with that type of offer.
That would mean $15 an episode for someone averaging 10k views a video.

Most of the larger content creators I'm good friends with, tend to use the $10 per 1k views ratio.
Depending on the server game mode, $5 per 1k views might work- in terms of Factions versus KitPVP.
Certain game modes are harder to record or are series that they already maintain on their channels.

All I'm saying is that your starting range is way too low.

It all depends on the server actually.
The average server will go at that rate, but views aren't the main thing necessarily when choosing YouTubers either. I'm familiar with one content creator who averages 2-3k views, yet gets paid about $80-90 per episode, because of his fanbase.
