How is that in any relation? I've seen that you may require 4GB, but from experience I can say that most people are fine with less, especially because you won't find anyone else with hardware we run. But since you are interested in US it doesn't matter.

Look here for a VPS, VPS300 is 4GB exactly for 3.99 Euros a month, which is 4.56$ a month. They have brilliant and quick response (Provided you message them during their business hours).
