If you dont even know how to use a control panel and learn why even bother you might aswell right on here "I dont know how to use a control panel which has everything labelled, Can you do everything for me and after I will want a refund"

There is no difference between having a server in Canada or the north of the USA.
There might be a higher latency but this really depends.

You are too demanding, you asked for NA so some hosts offered you NA and you say "no but I want US East Coast".
Also, you are not going to find a $1/GB server in the US unless it is some shitty processors or heavily oversold servers.
And if you are uploading your files to a host, regardless of who it is, they will have your files lol.
After all, it is their machine.
