hello am from mexico too and very offended i demand a million dollars or this will be public ok

But seriously, North America includes: Canada, USA and Mexico. There are other countries/territories included but these aren't often mentioned in the use-case of hosting.

He also mentioned he wanted North America East, which still includes Canada. In fact, the latency difference between New York and Canada is low and doesn't really matter unless you want to save every single millisecond or if you want to take advantage of any different routing that might exist. Or simply political reasons.

I promise you, that you will not feel a difference between US or Canada, even if your server would be in Germany you would not notice it without knowing, but hey, you need 5ms to play PvP right?

You've got many offers which fit your needs. Btw: Canada is on the North American continent, and guess what they also have a coast on the east.
