basically want this appraised by someone who knows what they are doing. its a factions australian server that gets 10 players Max usually 5 players on a day (used to get 30) with a 300 member discord, and barely anyone logs on. Sometimes 1 player on. however, there is custom art, custom buycraft theme, as well as a few paid plugins.

its also grossed approx 0$ in the past 5 days, the day before owner wanted to sell it it grossed 275.$ in the week.

guy originally wanted 270$ and i said no way jose and now we are kinda agreed upomn 120$ but idk

yeahh i think 100-125 is fair since no custom builds, and not all plugins are custom + the player base died out.
(i'm not an expert in servers, but thats the price i think its worth)
