don't tell people their grammar is shit. You just use the wrong ' there ', you where supposed to use 'Their' as in

A: Im not going to develop for you, B: I hope you know to be a dev for a server its costs hundreds of dollars, I once developed for a server that payed me $900 a month. And I didn't even do a lot for them.
